These are the Terms of Service ("Terms") for Speak to Track. By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms.

Speak to Track is operated by Asyzygy LLC, a Texas limited liability company. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Asyzygy LLC. "You" refers to the person using Speak to Track.
Speak to Track is a productivity tool for real estate agents. It captures your voice notes, transcribes them, organizes them into structured client entries using AI, and helps you draft follow-up messages.
We provide the app "as is." We don't guarantee that transcription, AI organization, calendar integration, or any other feature will be 100% accurate, available, or error-free. Real estate is your business; the app is a tool that supports it.
Before signing up, you can record up to 5 notes that stay on your device only. To save additional notes, you'll need to create an account.
When you create an account, you sign in with your Apple ID via Sign in with Apple. You're responsible for keeping access to that Apple ID secure.
You agree to:
One account per person. If you're a team or brokerage and want multiple seats, contact us — team plans are on our roadmap.
Your voice notes, transcripts, and saved entries are yours. We don't claim ownership of your content.
