• The Watchlist: a curated list of freight brokers and logistics operators who have been convicted, pleaded guilty, or had their operating authority officially revoked, sourced from public federal records
• The Vetting Checklist: a paid digital PDF product providing a step-by-step framework for carrier-side broker vetting
• Educational content including blog posts, guides, and reference material

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
